Join Stacy for a workshop focused on building the strength and flexibility to transition in and out of forearm stand. Expect a core-focused warm-up, drills to strengthen and open specific muscle groups, and tips for practicing forearm stand in a supportive environment.
Stacy will offer individual feedback, assist students, and time to work into forearm stand using the wall as a prop and away from the wall. Stacy will also help you build confidence to learn how to safely fall out of forearm stand.
A block and strap will be used during the workshop. Some yoga experience is recommended.
