A number of students who participated in our workshops on trauma and anxiety have said it would be helpful to meet on an ongoing basis. We are planning monthly sessions beginning August 18. Cheryl will facilitate the meet-up, which will include discussion, yoga and meditation centered around relieving anxiety. Cost is by donation.
