Pajamarama 2022 Application

– I am being offered a 10×10 booth space only.
– I am required to bring tent, table, chairs and all required equipment.
– Wifi and electricity are not provided.
– I am responsible for collecting sales tax and completing and submitting all DC tax forms.
– Event is rain or shine.
– I accept all risks associated with any display of artwork at the event.
– I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless the Old Takoma Business Association, employees, agents, Board of Directors, of and from the claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind related to participation in this event.
