We are thrilled to announce the kickoff of our 24th annual Takoma Park Alternative Gift Fair season! Volunteers will be just outside the Farmer’s Market to talk about all things Alternative gift Fair.
With an Alternative Gift, holiday “shopping” means donating to nonprofits in the name of your loved ones. Alternative gifts are gifts of donation that fill a direct and tangible need, such as books for children in Takoma Park or providing two months of school supplies to a child in Central America.
Meet with some of the representatives from our 14 wonderful local charities and enjoy a baked treat from our bake sale! Volunteers will be available to assist with alternative gift purchases.
Can’t make the event? No problem! Online sales will be available from 11/20/22-1/3/23 at aggw.org.
