TRX with Mary Duke

$30This 50 min class is all about TRX! TRX is a great way to get a full-body workout using just one tool. Sometimes we’ll supplement with dumbbells or kettlebells. Whether you are new to TRX or are an experienced exerciser, you will be able to challenge your balance, core stability, strength and cardiovascular capacity while having fun in a social and supportive atmosphere.
