TRX Body Weight workout

This 50 min class is all about TRX! TRX is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity, to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, and joint stability. All are welcome! Whether you are new to TRX or are an experienced exerciser, you will be able to challenge yourself while having fun in a social and supportive atmosphere.

Enrollment is limited to 7 students (minimum enrollment is 4 and must be met by 2 days prior to the scheduled class date).
