Community acupuncture at the top of Takoma Park! Come to relax and de-stress, take 30 minutes out of life just for yourself. Community acupuncture takes place in a group setting, typically people are seated in a circle in a large room. There can be a brief conversation about your symptoms however it is not necessary. Fine, sterile needles are placed on the ears, hands and feet. Healthy drinks (like tea) and light food will be provided. It’s a great way to introduce yourself to acupuncture because it is highly effective, an efficient use of time, and very affordable.
