FreeWe are opening our doors for a FREE COMMUNITY RIDE! This is CYCLED!’s signature class led by our newest instructor! CYCLED! 45 offers a fat-blasting, full-body workout through forty-five minutes of intense cardio and the use of hand weights. This workout is designed to challenge your endurance and maximize your caloric burn. CYCLED!45 is infused with intensity, but still suitable for all skill levels.
