Led by Dance Exchange artists, this FREE class celebrates aging with dance, creativity, and connection.
Join us online every Thursday—drop-in anytime! This class is for older adults, but we don’t card at the (virtual) door. Previously occurring in-person in our DX studios, this online class offering is part of our effort to foster connection and support healthy living during the COVID-19 pandemic.
