Baby + Me Yoga

Bring your babe and let’s move together! This class is for gestational parents with pre-crawling babies looking to move their bodies and connect with baby in movement.

This class will be held in my backyard: 7407 Wildwood Dr in Takoma Park, MD

Bring your bathing suits if you want to take a dip after class in our saltwater pool 🙂

If you aren’t able to join us in person for any reason, join us virtually! Each class is hybrid, offered both in person and virtually.
