Join me for Yoga Nidra for Resilience via ZOOM, Sunday 5:00–6:00 April 25. $15. Feel more focused, relaxed, and resilient by bringing self-care into your day or that of a friend or loved-one – even those who live far away.
You’ll learn centering, breathing and relaxation techniques; practice gentle asana stretches for joints and muscles; be guided through a meditative practice that brings deep rest and healing and enhances your ability to meet life’s challenges.
Suggested props: yoga mat and blankets. No prior experience needed.
