Learn centering, breathing and relaxation techniques; practice gentle asana stretches for joints and muscles; be guided through a meditative practice that brings deep rest and healing to body and mind through guided meditation.
Yoga Nidra is practiced in a comfortable lying or seated position. No prior experience needed. Since we’ll be on Zoom, please feel free to share this post with friends and family who don’t live locally.
