Osteoporosis is a silent disease that weakens bones, often resulting in fractures. Recent studies indicate that Yoga, practiced the right way, can build bone mass and prevent fractures without undesirable side effects. You’ll learn a safe and enjoyable practice to build bone and muscle, improve posture, balance and overall strength as recommended by Dr. Lauren Fishman.
