Transform Health Goals into Action Series

There is no better time than over the craziest time of year to find support and accountability around nutrition. This holiday season, join licensed nutritionist Julie Wendt for a small group class designed to help you transform your health goals into action.  Julie offers a chance to take your health to a new level by focusing on the 5 pillars of health that are the foundation of wellness.  Over the course of 2 months, you will be guided to consider:

  • What does optimal health look like for me?
  • What are my long term health goals?
  • What can I do now to move my lifestyle closer to those goals?
  • How does food impact my health and wellbeing?
  • What makes it hard to do the lifestyle changes that I already know I need to make?

We’ll meet every other Tuesday morning at The Still Point or Thursday online, and then weekly check-ins with an online app and learning partners to help keep up the momentum and accountability towards goals remotely. Small group of 8 maximum. 

Gear up for the holidays with self-care as the frontmost priority and see how much better you feel.

Class meets bi-weekly through December 17.
