Takoma Spark Open Mic

Join us every Tuesday night for the Takoma Spark Open Mic! Held at School of Musical Traditions’ location (7112 Willow Ave), hosted by Rob Hinkal of ilyAIMY & sponsored by Institute of Musical Traditions. Performances begin at 7pm and run til around 9:30 (depending on number of performers). Signup starts at 6pm. Performance slots are 2 songs/10 minutes. All musical genres, poetry & all abilities/ages welcome. No amps or drum kits. The evening is also live-streamed on the Rob’s Open Mics Facebook & YouTube channels.

No refreshments on site, but you are welcome to bring in your own food & non-alcoholic beverages (please support our local restaurants!).
