Restorative Slow Flow Yoga

Please join us on Sunday evenings for a relaxing Restorative yoga session. Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is just as it sounds, it is a practice to restore your body to health and ease. It uses bolsters and props to support your body in a particular pose for three to ten minutes. This allows your body to relax into a pose releasing muscles, ligaments and joints. Anyone can practice Restorative yoga in any state of health and mobility. Entrance is on Maple Ave. Right next to Community Printing.
