Relieving Stress with Breath & Movement

Join Suria on Zoom for a workshop to reduce stress and anxiety. In this workshop, attendees work with breathing techniques, gentle body movements, and restorative yoga poses. Attendees can leave the workshop with breathing techniques and restorative yoga poses that can be practiced at home, on a regular basis, to help participants manage and reduce daily stress.
