Outdoor Budokon Bootcamp

$15 – $20This Outdoor Budokon Bootcamp is guaranteed to foster your physical prowess, emotional intelligence, fierce courage and character. You will be guided through a unique and unparalleled model of yoga, martial arts, calisthenics and peak performance training. We will help you learn how to move on and off the mat in the most intelligent and inspiring ways.
This workshop is held on Saturdays September 12, 19 & 26 from 11:00am-12:15pm.
Pricing: $20, YH Members: $15
Class is at 6923 Willow Street NW in Takoma, DC.
Class is outdoors – dress and prepare accordingly. Bring your own mat, water, and sunscreen.
Maintain social distancing between mats and one another before, during and after class.
Attendees must wear their own mask until they are on their own mat & then they may remove their mask if they choose.
Teacher will not provide hands on assists or walk around.
