Midsummer Dreamer Workshop

You will be guided through a yoga sequence designed for relaxation and creativity. In addition to practicing yoga, we’ll explore both individual and collective dreams and goals through stories, writing, and structured facilitation using behavioral science and human-centered design. You’ll walk away with practical next steps for your own goals and dreams, feeling energized, brave, and also calm. This will be interactive and participatory, limited to 12 individuals. A percentage of proceeds will be donated Ayuda, a local nonprofit that supports immigrant families.
