Thursdays at 7:15 pm ET – Self-Compassion – guided meditation. Join us on Zoom for this guided meditation. Take a little time out of your day to nurture yourself. Let yourself be present with where you are in your life, right now at this moment. This is a safe space to acknowledge & honor any strong emotions that may have been surfacing for you during this challenging time, without judgement. Explore how we can be compassionate with ourselves in those moments in real life when these feelings arise. Cultivating a meditation practice can help us achieve a state of equanimity where we are less easily thrown off by the curveballs life lobs at us, while giving us space to acknowledge & validate how we feel.
