Please join Liv Jaspriti Kaur (Polly) for an 1 hour & 15 minutes of Kundalini Yoga. This practice includes a Kriya (postures), pranayam (breathing) chanting and a closing meditation. Kundalini yoga, known as the “yoga of awareness” is an ancient and deeply spiritual form of yoga. It is currently being studied at Harvard due to it’s effectiveness with addiction & Alzheimers diseases, among other ailments. Polly is certified by the Kundalini Research Institute and takes her time to explain each step so anyone can participate comfortably.
