Power, Vinyasa and Hot Flow are all names for classes that feature a series of poses that connect breath to movement. In these classes, breathing will be emphasized as you progress through a flowing sequence of poses. The breath will help you get out of your head and into your body. Your practice will grow as you delve deeper into postures, empowered by your breath. This class is designed for All Levels, but first-time yoga students may want to attend a Back to Basics class to be become acquainted with the poses first.
Yoga Heights Hot Flow classes are heated between 85-90degrees.
