Bring your whole family to share breath work, movement, and mindfulness techniques, meant to help children and their grown-ups explore the world through yoga poses, song, dance, relaxation, and play. Suitable for kids ages 2 and up! Grown-up must accompany child. Siblings and parenting partners are welcome!
