Everyday Mindfulness with Anil Manley

An event every week that begins at 8:00 pm on Monday, repeating until November 19, 2018
Mindfulness is for everyone. Over the course of eight weeks, participants will learn the seven attitudes for mindful living. Participants will also be guided through several meditations that encourage mental and physical relaxation. Meditation experience is not required. Just come with an open heart and mind.
