Drop-in Zhineng Meditation and Qigong all-levels classes

Practice the virtues of the Winter season. Restore and revitalize by connecting the mind and heart to heal the body, decrease stress and pain. Join a supportive healing community and discover ways to shift the body and mind into healing, stillness and the ability to deeply listen to what you need. These classes are designed to restore and recharge, heal and nourish your body, mind and spirit.

Class meets weekly on Saturday mornings at 8:30am at How You Heal (117 Carroll St., NW, Suite B, Washington, DC)
