CORE Boot Camp

CORE BOOTCAMP – GROUP TRAINING
The CORE Boot Camp is a 60-minute indoor and outdoor group fitness program. Each class engages the entire body and builds strength and flexibility for functional movements. Your coach takes the class through a combination of interval circuits using resistance tools and body weight movements to improve endurance and develop strength. Classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and exercise experience.
Classes offered every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm – 7:30pm in Studio 2 at Dance Exchange.
Classes are led by certified fitness professionals who each has over 5 years of group exercise experience. We look forward to meeting you and working out with you. 1st time to class is FREE! Also available on Classpass.
