Your body will become more toned; your joints will hurt less, and, most importantly, your confidence will rise. You can expect: twice-weekly strengthening and toning workouts; heart-racing HIIT circuits for cardiovascular endurance; added difficulty each week to challenge your body and mind; and fun music to help your early morning sweat session fly by!
