Dr. Zinn uses her extensive knowledge and experience of biomechanics, neurology and movement to evaluate and treat her patients. She understands intimately the importance of maintaining healthy, painfree, and efficient mobility in order to fully function in and enjoy our daily lives. Dr. Zinn customizes her treatments to fit the needs of each individual.

Chiropractic

Dr. Zinn uses her extensive knowledge of movement, biomechanics and neurology to evaluate her patients. After the initial consultation and medical history taking, she will do a complete neurological and orthopedic examination to determine what type of chiropractic treatment will be best suited for each individual.

Massage

Massage is an effective therapy that, on its own or, when combined with chiropractic, can enhance and quicken the healing process. At Zinn Chiropractic, we have several licensed massage therapists on staff in order to assist in this healing.  Available Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Rehabilitation

An important part of your treatment at Zinn Chiropractic is instruction on what you can do at home to reinforce the therapy that you receive in the office. This may include stretching and strength exercises as well as postural recommendations. These will be customized to suit your specific needs and abilities.

Nutrition

Nutrition plays a vital role in regaining and maintaining good health. Often supplements are needed to help our bodies reach these goal and will be recommended on an individual basis.
