Free Intro to Mysore Workshop

This workshop is designed for anyone new to Mysore style yoga, Ashtanga yoga, or a complete beginner to yoga.
In this workshop, we will cover the technique of breath, bandhas and drishti used in the ashtanga practice. We will also discuss what actually happens in a mysore style class and what to expect. Lastly, we will run through the beginning postures of the sequence in detail.
Each student will be given personalized instruction so they know exactly what to do when they attend Mysore class.
