The Weathered Road: An IMT Concert and Jam

The Weathered RoadThe Weathered Road (TWR) is an on-going, constantly evolving, project of guitarist/singer-songwriter Christopher Bell, vocalist/fiddler Libby Eddy and lead guitarist/vocalist Stephen Geruschat. Libby’s rich, distinctive voice calls to mind a young Emmylou Harris. It's enhanced by Bell and Geruschat’s warm harmonies. The trio’s music blends the genres of singer-songwriter, folk, traditional, celtic, and newgrass to create a sound all their own, a sound they call AmeriCeltic Newgrass.

IMT's Concert and Jam shows provide a unique opportunity to enjoy a concert performance and then participate in or watch as the musicians from the band and audience get together to play, swap tunes and talk about the tradition.

See the band, then take out your instruments and join in the music along with the band the band. Or just watch, listen and enjoy the live jam/session. Watch for a Concert and Jam show on the first Saturday of every month. Each show will feature a local or out-of-town band from a musical genre that includes a strong jam or session element--bluegrass, old time, Irish and Scottish.
